Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 2–4 business days. As each SERNÉ piece is handled and packed with care, processing times may vary slightly during busy periods.

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of A$11 within Australia. Complimentary shipping is available on orders over A$120.

We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and suitable for resale. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from its description, please contact us with your order details and photographs of the issue.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to this policy. Depending on the issue, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

No. Every SERNÉ piece is made by hand using natural leather. Small variations in grain, colour, texture, stitching and finish are part of the character of the material and the handmade process.

These natural variations are not considered defects.

Made-to-order, personalised and one-of-a-kind pieces cannot be returned for change of mind.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty or does not meet consumer guarantees.
